The Estate (Main House + Cottage) Orchid Court "The Estate" Is a beautiful 1-acre property. Located minutes from St John's world-famous North Shore beaches. The Estate consists of two separate homes, The Main House and The Cottage. The two homes are separated by one of St John's only private tennis courts, that guests can enjoy while staying on the property. This is a perfect place for large families with children or teenagers. A friend's vacation, or even a yoga retreat! Pool and views included.The Main House:Bedroom 1: King bedBedroom 2: King bedBedroom 3: 2 Twin beds that can be made into a king bed upon requestThe Cottage:Bedroom 1: 1 Full size bedBedroom 2: 1 King bed - 1 single size futon sleeper (good for a small child)Bedroom 3: 1 Full size bedThere is also a small sleeper sofa that makes into a twin size bed.The Main House - Orchid Court Villa The main house "Orchid Court Villa" is available to book without the cottage. This is a spectacular home with 3 private well separated bedrooms, all have their own private balcony's with ocean views. The home has a full kitchen with an outdoor dining area. There is also a more formal indoor dining area and living room. There is a pool to enjoy right off of the main living room. An area for barbequing, with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. Full use of the tennis court/recreation area is available for your use. **If you book the main house, you will have the estate to yourself. Book The Cottage!The cottage is the perfect complement to the main house. It is located on the other side of the tennis court. Just a short stroll from the main house. The cottage Is a 3-bedroom 2 bath home. The home has a fully equipped kitchen a barbeque grill and a small hot tub. There is also plenty of outdoor space.
